The Black Diamond Grill serves made to order breakfast every day from 7am to 1pm. 

Our property has a no pet policy. 

Service Animal Policy: We are required to accomodate trained service animals only. We follow all NH State Guidlines and laws. 

Emotional Support Animals are not permitted. 

Violations can be fined and can also result in cleaning fees up to $250. 

Ample parking is provided for guests and can accommodate all sizes of vehicles. Please note that we do not have EC charging stations. The closest charging stations are at Penny's Publik House, Intervale.

Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am.   

You must be at least 21 years old to reserve a room at the hotel.

For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including guest rooms, balconies, and public spaces. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and cannabis products. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied for violations.

All room types (except for Standard Rooms) have full kitchens. Standard rooms have a small refrigerator only. 

Our Front Desk Staff logs all lost and found items, noting when and where they were discovered. If you’ve misplaced something during your stay, please reach out to the front desk for assistance.

To have an item returned, we can ship your item right to you when you provide your address and Credit Card. 

The hotel does not provide rollaway beds.  Pack 'n Plays for a $25.00 fee per night. Please note that these are available on a first-come first-serve basis upon arrival. 

Convenience Fee: We impose a convenience fee of 0.5% on the amount of all card transactions. 

Housekeeping services are not available at this time. The Front Desk has all amenities for your convienience.
