What will reopening look like?

As the state of New Hampshire takes steps to reopening in stages, the Grand Summit team is preparing to welcome guests back to the hotel based on guidelines established by the CDC and other authorities.
First and foremost, the safety, and health of our guests, staff members, and community is our number one priority. Below are new policies and operating procedures that will be in place when it comes time to reopen.
 

For our Guests


We want our guests to feel comfortable knowing that we are doing everything we can to provide a safe environment during your stay. We want you to enjoy your time in the area and not spend your time worrying about your surroundings
.

Housekeeping:

  1. Blankets have been removed from the rooms. Beds will be triple sheeted and include a duvet. This way every piece of linen can be laundered and replaced between guests (mattress pads, and pillow covers included).
Extra pillows and linens have been removed from the rooms but will be available upon request.
 Printed materials such as note pads and area guides have been removed from the rooms.
Upon departure, rooms will be stripped of all linens and every surface will be disinfected using a combination of Electrostatic sprayers and disinfectants.
Housekeeping staff will only enter an occupied room upon request.
Common areas will be cleaned on a regular schedule 24/7 by a designated team using a combination of Electrostatic Sprayers and disinfectant cleaning products.
 

Check-in/Check-out

Room Key Cards sanitized between use.
Verbal acceptance of registration policies requiring no signing of documents.
Email receipts upon departure.


Common Areas:

We ask that guests wear face coverings while in common areas.
Practice Social Distancing guidelines as much as possible.
No gatherings of more than 6 people in any one area.
Elevator use restricted to either 2-guests or 1-family at a time. Please use the stairs whenever possible.
Signs will be posted reminding guests of these policies.


Dinning:

Initially, we will be opening our Black Diamond Grille only. Our Tap House restaurant will remain closed until enough restrictions are lifted to allow for near normal operations
That Black Diamond Grille will have extended hours of operation which will include dinner options.
Limited seating will be available on the pool deck adjacent to the grille.
All items will be made to-go.


Pool and Fitness Center

We are sill waiting on guidance on restrictions that may remain in place for these two areas. Currently the Fitness Center, Pool, and Hot Tubs will be closed unless new guidelines allow for them to be open.


Our Staff Members

Staff will be screened each day prior to working including a temperature check.
Staff will undergo training on safety and sanitation protocols, and the proper use of PPE's.
Frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer.
Disinfecting all high-touch areas.
Use of Face Coverings whenever social distancing is not possible.
Follow strict guidelines and accountability on room cleaning standards.

New Cancelation Policy:

For reservation arriving anytime before September 30, 2020, Cancel anytime up to 72 hours (3-days) prior to arrival and receive a full refund of any deposits paid. If you cancel inside of 72 hours prior to arrival you will receive a refund less a $50 booking fee.
