We are open and following the guidelines from the state of nH and the CDC


First and foremost, the safety, and health of our guests, staff members, and community is our number one priority. Below are new policies, operating procedures, and how this may effect some of our amenities.
 

For our Guests


We want our guests to feel comfortable knowing that we are doing everything we can to provide a safe environment during your stay. We want you to enjoy your time in the area and not spend your time worrying about your surroundings. Take a look at a video we put together about our safety protocol: Click Here

Housekeeping:

  1. Blankets have been removed from the rooms. Beds will be triple sheeted and include a duvet. This way every piece of linen can be laundered and replaced between guests (duvet's, mattress pads, and pillow covers included).
Extra pillows and linens have been removed from the rooms but will be available upon request.
 Printed materials such as note pads and area guides have been removed from the rooms.
Upon departure, rooms will be stripped of all linens and every surface will be disinfected using a combination of special backpack sprayers and disinfectants.
Normal housekeeping services will not be provided during your stay in order to limit who is accessing your room. If anyone needs towels replaced or trash removed they can contact the front desk to make arrangements. 
Common areas will be cleaned on a regular schedule every 2 hours by a designated team using a combination of Backpack Sprayers and disinfectant cleaning products.
 

Check-in/Check-out

Room Key Cards sanitized between use.
Guest's checking in will be asked to certify that no one in the party has symptoms or recent known exposure to COVID-19. 

Email receipts upon departure.


Common Areas:
We ask that guests wear face coverings while in common areas.
Practice Social Distancing guidelines as much as possible.
No gatherings of more than 6 people in any one area.
Elevator use restricted to either 2-guests or 1-family at a time. Please use the stairs whenever possible.
Signs will be posted reminding guests of these policies.

Dinning:
Black Diamond Grille is open daily for Breakfast and Lunch.  
Tap House Restaurant: We are keeping everyone's safety in mind with a limited opening of the Tap House. There will be limited seating in the bar area and no dining room seating at this time. We will be offering take-out, room delivery, and car-side pick-up service. Beer and Wine may be purchased as part of our room delivery service. We are excited to be reopening, and while it's not the way we anticipated opening, we strongly believe that the safety of our guests and staff is paramount. 

Pool and Fitness Center (Updated 03/27/2021)
Our pool and hot tubs are open daily (hours may vary) with a limit of 30 people in the pool and 4 people in each hot tub. During the ski season we required reservations for the hot tubs during busy periods, but this requirement is no longer in place. We simply ask that you please keep others in mind by limiting your hot tub use to 1 hour if others are waiting. We wish that we did not have to do this, but the safety of our guests and staff are very important to us. Our staff have had challenges with some guests not following the rules for hot tub use. Please understand that they are trying to enforce our policies for every ones safety and if problems persist we will have no other option except to close the hot tubs completely. Please play nice, this is temporary, and we will go back to normal once guidelines allow us to do so.
 
In order to save on energy use, the pool is kept covered until our first request for use on any given day. 
Our Fitness Center is open everyday, but hours may vary so please check with our front desk when you arrive. We ask that our guests only use fitness equipment that has a "Clean & Sanitized" sticker. 

Game Room: Closed due to the size of the space and the inability to social distance.
Playground: Closed
 
Our Staff Members
Staff will be screened each day prior to working including a temperature check.
Staff have undergone training on safety and sanitation protocols, and the proper use of PPE's.
Frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer.
Disinfecting all high-touch areas.
Use of Face Coverings whenever social distancing is not possible.
Follow strict guidelines and accountability on room cleaning standards.
 
Cancelation Policy:
Cancel anytime up to 3-days prior to arrival and receive a full refund less a $50 booking fee. Cancelations 2-days or less prior to arrival will be charged the full value of the reservation. We understand that we are all in a very fluid situation and restrictions/guidance changes, so we will only charge the $50 booking fee if something out of your control related to the pandemic changes requiring you to cancel a reservation.  

Ski Season changes:
Lift tickets will not be sold at the hotel. Ski resorts in the area have moved to an online reservation system this year, so please check on the resort's website for details. 
Shuttle Service: Due to the inability to provide proper social distancing, we will not be providing shuttle service this ski season. 
Ski-in / Ski-out is available directly from our back door.
Ski check: We will have out ski check room operating this season. We simply ask that everyone wear a mask.
